Reservation Cancellation Policy

This Reservation Cancellation Policy applies to product reservations and expressions of interest submitted through www.lalaba.co.in during Lalaba's pre-launch and market-validation phase.

The Website and Lalaba brand are owned and operated by CrazyMinds Software Solutions Private Limited (“Lalaba”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Policy should be read together with the Lalaba Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Pre-Launch & Market Validation Terms, and Disclaimer Policy.

 

1. NATURE OF A RESERVATION

A product reservation made through the Website is an expression of interest or reservation request and does not constitute a confirmed purchase or completed sale.

A reservation does not guarantee:

● product availability;
● product launch;
● purchase;
● delivery;
● a particular price; or
● fulfilment of the reservation.

 

2. CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION

You may request cancellation of your reservation at any time by contacting us at:

You may provide your name, phone number or email address used when submitting the reservation so that we can identify the relevant request.

 

3. CANCELLATION BY LALABA

Lalaba may cancel, decline, suspend or discontinue a reservation or the reservation programme at any time, including where:

● the product is unavailable;
● the product is still under development;
● the product is not commercially launched;
● product specifications have changed;
● market validation has been completed;
● supply or manufacturing is unavailable;
● regulatory or operational requirements prevent fulfilment; or
● Lalaba otherwise decides not to proceed with the product or reservation programme.

Where appropriate, Lalaba may communicate the cancellation or unavailability to the user.

 

4. NO PAYMENT — NO REFUND

During the current pre-launch and market-validation phase, submitting a reservation does not require payment unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accordingly, where no payment has been made, there is no refund applicable to the cancellation of a reservation.

Selecting a preferred payment method such as UPI, card or Cash on Delivery (COD) does not constitute payment.

 

5. FUTURE PAID ORDERS

If Lalaba introduces actual paid orders, pre-orders or other paid purchasing options in the future, separate policies governing:

● cancellation;
● refunds;
● returns;
● exchanges;
● shipping; and
● delivery

will be published or made available before such commercial transactions are undertaken.

The terms applicable to any future purchase will be those presented to the customer at the time of that purchase, subject to applicable law.

 

6. NO GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Cancellation of a reservation, whether by the user or Lalaba, does not create any entitlement to receive the product at a later date.

Similarly, submitting a new reservation does not guarantee availability or fulfilment.
